Join the team supporting N26, one of Europe’s most innovative digital banks, with HQ in Berlin. N26 is a German neo bank with no physical branches — all customer support is provided online through chat, email and inbound calls.

As part of the customer service team, you will:
• Manage incoming calls, chats and emails
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships through open communication
• Provide accurate and complete information using the right tools
• Meet personal and team targets
• Keep detailed records of interactions and follow set procedures

Requirements:
• Native or near-native Italian + good command of English
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Confident using MS Office
• Customer-focused with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Shifts:
• Monday to Sunday, 08:00–00:00
• 8-hour shifts, one early and one late
• 5 days per week with 2 fixed days off

Work Set-up:
• Full remote or office-based (depending on agreement)
• Training: 3 weeks from home
• WFH requires a dedicated space and meeting internet speed standards
• WFH is temporarily approved — you may be required to return to the office if needed
