Work Force Planning Analysts – Lisbon

About the Role

This role focuses on planning, organising, and monitoring the teams that handle Anti-Money Laundering (AML) work. You will not be investigating financial crime yourself. Instead, you will use data and schedules to make sure the right number of people are working at the right time, and that operations run smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor daily workload and team performance using data
• Create and adjust staff schedules, including shifts, training, and time off
• Make sure teams are properly staffed to meet daily and weekly demand
• Track performance against targets and identify gaps or issues
• Update and maintain reports and dashboards for managers
• Analyze past data to predict future staffing needs
• Investigate why plans didn’t work as expected and suggest improvements
• Work closely with operations and management teams to stay aligned

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in business, analytics, finance, or a related field
• Experience working with data, reporting, or workforce planning
• Ability to explain data insights clearly to non-technical teams
• Good level of English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

• Experience in workforce management, operations, or analytics
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Experience supporting large operational teams
