The Spanish-Speaking Digital Sales Executive is responsible for managing high-volume inbound and outbound B2B sales activity within the digital advertising sector.
The role focuses on progressing prospects through the full sales funnel, driving revenue growth, and maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline management in a KPI-driven environment.
Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales engagement via phone, email, video, and social outreach.
Execute structured sales cadences and maintain SLA compliance.
Identify and engage decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and desk research.
Apply competitive selling techniques to win new business opportunities.
Actively manage and progress opportunities through all stages of the sales funnel.
Identify opportunities to increase customer investment and unlock additional budget.
Transition qualified opportunities to the onboarding team.
Accurately document all prospect and customer interactions within Salesforce CRM.
Maintain an accurate sales forecast.
Review and report on daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics.
Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in a sales role, preferably within technology or digital advertising.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Comfortable working in a KPI-driven, performance-focused environment.
Base Salary: €1,670.39 gross per month
Quarterly Performance Bonus: €1,537.20
Annual Base Salary: €20,044.68
Annual Bonus (OTE): €6,148.80
Total Annual OTE: €26,193.48
