Join a Leading European Banking Institution – German Customer Support Role

Are you fluent in German and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We're hiring Customer Service Advisors to support the clients of a well-known European banking institution headquartered in Germany, offering services to private, entrepreneurial, and corporate customers.

Based in Athens, this is a full-time, hybrid role (after 2 weeks of in-office training), ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in financial services while living and working in a vibrant Mediterranean city.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries

• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction

• Build lasting customer relationships through clear and empathetic communication

• Provide accurate, complete information using the appropriate tools

• Follow internal guidelines and policies to deliver a consistent customer experience

• Maintain detailed customer records and case documentation

• Meet individual and team service performance targets

What You Bring:

• Fluent German language skills (spoken and written)

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

• PC literacy and familiarity with MS Office

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage

Working Hours:

• Full-time (40 hours/week)

• Rotational shifts:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 23:00

• Saturday to Sunday: 09:00 – 23:00

• Base Salary: €1,300 gross per month

• €50 project bonus monthly

• €100 welcome bonus (for the first 12 months)

• Performance bonus up to 10%

• €500 anniversary bonus (after 1 year of service)
