German Customer Service Advisor – Sofia, Bulgaria (Office-Based)

Working Hours:

• Rotative shifts across a 7 day schedule
• 8 hours per day, 5 days per week – 2 days off always

Responsibilities:

• Assist users with general inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social channels
• Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels
• Respond to customer escalations and document relevant case information

Requirements

• Speak C2 level German and B2 level English
• Have the right to live and work in Bulgaria or the EU
