Customer Service Advisor (French with English)

Project: Online Investment Management Service

Location: Onsite at our Athens office (Vassilissis Sofias Ave), just a short walk from Megaro Moussikis and Evangelismos metro stations

Key Details

• Shifts: Monday–Sunday (5 working days per week)
  • Morning: 07:00–15:00
  • Evening: 14:30–22:30
  Agents will rotate between both shifts. Additional 8-hour shift options will be introduced over time, with most weekends part of the regular schedule.

• Training: 5 weeks (includes 2 weeks of nesting)

Compensation & Contract

• Contract: Indefinite

• Salary: €1,250 gross/month (14 salaries annually)

Recruitment Process

1. Initial interview (onsite, includes a short tech test)

2. Online assessments

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in French with English

• Strong communication and soft skills (empathy, patience, clear writing)

• Tech-savvy and comfortable multitasking (calls & emails)

• Ideally with a background in finance, banking, or related experience (BPOs, financial services, accounting, economics, etc.)

Important Notes

• All shortlisted candidates must provide a clean criminal record from the Greek authorities before hiring.

• Please note that the client cannot hire candidates with a Work Permit of Specific Purpose. Some permits currently transitioning to new statuses will be reviewed individually.
