The Role
As a Dutch-speaking Outbound Sales Advisor, you’ll be the voice of sustainable energy — contacting potential clients from a database of warm and cold leads. Your mission is to turn conversations into contracts for gas, electricity, and boiler maintenance services, while promoting clean energy and excellent customer experience.

Your Daily Tasks

• Contacting Dutch-speaking prospects via phone using the client-provided database

• Spotting opportunities within the first 20 seconds of conversation

• Presenting sustainable energy solutions clearly and persuasively

• Guiding customers through the digital contract process

• Promoting additional services such as e-billing, direct debit, and boiler maintenance

• Asking satisfied customers for referrals to generate new leads

• Performance Bonus: Up to €511 or more (paid every 2 months)

• No weekends unless replacing public holidays

• Career development opportunities to Senior Agent or Team Leader

• Paid breaks: 2 x 15 minutes daily

• Initial training: 3 days, followed by a ramp-up period with full support

Work Location

• Office-based in Sofia (Hybrid may be offered after consistent performance)

What You Bring

• Native-level Dutch (spoken and written)

• English at a functional communication level

• Previous experience in telephone-based sales or face-to-face sales

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Confidence, resilience, and motivation

• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

• Commitment and a proactive attitude

Key Performance Indicators

• 2 signed contracts per day (gas or electricity)

• Conversion to direct debit and e-billing
