Your Role:

• Handle inbound calls and emails from Dutch-speaking customers
• Provide support for three key products:
• Voucher Services – used for cleaning, groceries, and transport assistance
• Electronic Vouchers & Cards – supporting eco, lunch, sport, and gift cards
• Business-to-Business Services – assisting companies managing employee benefits
