French Customer Support in Lisbon, Portugal!

Nous recrutons des spécialistes du support client francophones pour rejoindre des entreprises internationales renommées à Lisbonne. Vous assisterez les clients dans divers secteurs tels que la fintech, les services en ligne et la technologie.

Mon client offre la possibilité de vivre et de travailler dans un nouveau pays sans avoir à débourser une fortune, à gérer les formalités administratives et à trouver un logement. Il prend tout en charge (sauf le billet d'avion, remboursé au bout de 6 mois) et vous propose un emploi dans le service client. 

Il ne s'agit pas de devenir riche, mais de vivre l'expérience de la vie dans l'une des villes les plus branchées d'Europe, avec des gens du monde entier.

Salary and Benefits:

• €900 per month x12
• €900 in a 13^th and 14^th salary at Christmas and Summer
• You'll get a signing bonus of €2000 which is paid out monthly in the first 12 months – €166 per month
• Daily meal allowance of €7.23 
• 8 hour shifts per day, 5 days per week rotational shifts dependant on project
• Healthcare after 6 months if you wish to stay
• Rotational 2 days 

Relocation Support:

• Flight paid after 6 months of work
• Accommodation included costing just €280 per month
• Niff and Niss numbers organised

Taxes:

• While taxes are dependant on individual status, the taxes in Portugal are low compared to other countries in Europe.
• The salary offered of €900 Gross would give you roughly €800 NET (not including bonuses) and across 14 months not 12.

Responsibilities:

• Assist users with  general inquiries, and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social channels
• Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels
• Respond to customer escalations and document relevant case information

Requirements

• Speak C2 level French and B2 level English
• Hold an EU passport
