German Speaking Content Moderation – Relocation to Lisbon

You'll work as a customer service agent for a major social media company and enjoy everything Portugal has to offer.

Salary and Benefits:

• €1100 per months, in Portugal you get paid x14 months
• €3000 signing bonus paid over 12 months
• €200 guaranteed bonus per month
• Daily meal allowance of €7.23
• Travel allowance of €20 per month
• Healthcare after 6 months 

Relocation

• Apartment for people relocating costing just €280 per month which includes all bills
• Reimbursement of airfare on completion of 6 months work.
• 6-month contract with possibility of extension

Working Hours:

• Rotative shifts across a 24/7 schedule
• 8 hours per day, 5 days per week

Responsibilities:

• Assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social channels
• Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels
• Respond to customer escalations and document relevant case information

Requirements

• Speak C2 level German and B2 level English
• Have the right to live and work in Portugal or the EU
