Dutch Customer Customer Service in Lisbon, Portugal!

Do you speak fluent Dutch and want to experience a new country, well now is your opportunity to live and work in Lisbon, Portugal. You'll work as a technical support agent for a major IT tech brand agent for a major brand and enjoy everything Portugal has to offer.

Salary and Benefits:

• €1100 per months, in Portugal you get paid x14 months
• A Guaranteed bonus of €135 per month
• Up to €120 performance bonus per month
• Daily meal allowance of €7.23 
• Travel allowance of €20 per month
• 6 month contracts – extended if required

Relocation

• Apartment costing just €280 per month which includes all bills
• Support with all public paperwork – free
• Reimbursement of airfare on completion of 6 months work

Responsibilities:

• Assist users with general inquiries, and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social channels
• Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels
• Respond to customer escalations and document relevant case information

Requirements

• Speak C2 level Dutch and B2 level English
• Have the right to live and work in Portugal or the EU
