Arabic Digital Ads Customer Support in Lisbon

Do you speak fluent Arabic at C1/C2 level and want a job working for a social media giant in Lisbon, Portugal?

To be considered for this position you must have the right to work in Portugal.
You must also have a background in marketing or be interested in digital marketing, with a degree or previous experience.

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic €915 per month (in Portugal you get paid x14 months)

• €200 guaranteed bonus x11

• Daily meal allowance of €7.63

• 6-month contract with possibility of extension

Relocation:
If you’re relocating from outside Portugal, accommodation is provided in Porto or Lisbon (only) for €280 per month.

Responsibilities:

• Assist users with general inquiries and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social channels

• Support users of this social giant to promote their products and services better through reviewing content and optimising performance metrics

• Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels

• Respond to customer escalations and document relevant case information

Requirements:

• Speak Arabic C1+ and English B2

• Hold an EU passport or have the right to live and work in Portugal
