Support Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and order enquiries
Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
Work closely with internal departments to provide seamless support
Maintain accurate logs of customer communication
Salary: 3,700 BGN/month
Sign-on Bonus: 1,000 BGN
Relocation Package: Flight + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation

Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required

Hours: Monday to Friday, regular daytime shifts (no nights)
