Your Role:

• Handle inbound calls and chats in Danish
• Assist customers with flight bookings, ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds
• Provide information on fares, services, and travel regulations
• Process special service requests such as wheelchairs and pet travel
• Support customers with travel difficulties

Who We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent technical skills (MS Office, browsers, CRM tools)
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment

Work Details:

• Location: Warsaw, Poland (Office-Based)
• Start Date: 22 April 2025
• Shifts: Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 19:00, Saturday to Sunday: 09:00 – 18:00 (working weekends twice a month)
