Dutch Customer Customer Service in Porto, Portugal!

Do you speak fluent Dutch and want to experience a new country, well now is your opportunity to live and work in Porto, Portugal. You'll work as a customer support agent for a major medical brand agent for a major brand and enjoy everything Portugal has to offer.

This is not a job you do to make loads of money, its a great opportunity to live and experience a new country and meet new people in a multi cultural environment.

You don't need to speak Portuguese, you don't need to worry about accommodation, just buy a plane ticket and spend a minimum of 6 months working in and exploring the beautiful city Porto.

Salary and Benefits:

• €1100 per months, in Portugal you get paid x 14 months
• Guaranteed language bonus of €150 per month
• Daily meal allowance of €7.23
• 6 month contracts – extended if required
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week on a fixed contract across 5 days

Relocation

• Apartment includes all bills – subsidised from salary

Responsibilities:

• Assist users with general inquiries, and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social channels
• This is a medical device job so if you have any diabetes based medical device experience, that would help
• Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels
• Respond to customer escalations and document relevant case information

Requirements

• Speak C2 level Dutch and B2 level English
• Have the right to live and work in Portugal or the EU
