Dutch Customer Servuce – Remote work from home in Greece

Your Role:

• To handle incoming calls, chat and email related to:
• Invoices & reminders • Payments (payments plans, costs for delayed payments, …)
• Tariff changes
• Complaint handling (overcharged, overpaid)
• Retention
• The general contract (when the contract starts, ends,…)
• Complete administrative tasks and ensure customer satisfaction

Who We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (B2+)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Stable internet connection (20mbps) and a quiet home office setup 

Work Details:

• Location: Fully remote, anywhere in Greece
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 19:00 (rotating shifts, 40 hours per week)
• Part time 30 hours are also available
• Start Date: As soon as you can but April
