This is a great opportunity for anyone living in Greece, who may work in Sports clothing but struggle through the winter season. Why not stay right where you are, have equipment delivered to your door and for 40 hours a week, all you have to do is offer great customer service through the phone. 

Salary and Benefits:

• €1450 per month x14
• Up to 10% performance bonus every month
• Daily meal allowance of €6 per day
• €500 bonus on completion of 12 months
• Rotational shifts between 9am-9pm – 8 hour shifts, 5 days a week Monday-Saturday
• 6-month contract with possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

• Talk with customers through phone, email, and live chat to provide friendly, support.
• You'll be working alongside Payback, a leading German based bonus and benefit platform
• Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve queries with empathy, and efficiency.
• Work closely with your colleagues to share knowledge, strategies, and insights to continuously improve service.

Requirements

• Speak C2 level Dutch and B2 level English
• Have the right to live and work in Greece or the EU
• All equipment supplied. 
• You must have an internet speed of 8Mpbs
