Respond to incoming calls, emails or chat from customers.
Provide clear information and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Support accommodation partners by handling queries on room rates, availability, bookings, and extranet tools.
Deliver an excellent partner and customer experience with every interaction.
Fluency in Croatian and English.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 months of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or F&B.
Confident using computers and navigating multiple systems.
Already living in Greece or willing to relocate quickly.
Competitive €1,200 gross monthly salary.
