Haircare Beauty Advisor – French/English Bilingual (Canadian Market)
Location: Athens, Greece – On-site (nearest metro: Megaro Mousikis)
Start Date: 20 October 2025

We are hiring 5 French/English bilingual advisors to join a dedicated team in Athens and provide world-class customer support for the Canadian market.

This is a fantastic opportunity for bilingual professionals with a love for haircare and customer service to start their new role immediately.

The Role

As a Haircare Beauty Advisor, you will:

• Engage with customers across voice, chat, and email channels.
• Provide expert product advice and guidance on professional haircare products, helping customers choose the right solutions.
• Support customers in both French and English (native or near-native proficiency required).
• Resolve queries quickly and professionally, ensuring an exceptional brand experience.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in both French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for haircare and beauty.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide personalised product recommendations.
• Willingness to work on-site in Athens (nearest metro: Megaro Mousikis).
• Availability: Monday to Friday, 15:00 – 00:00 (Athens time).
• A clean criminal record from Greek authorities is required before hiring.
• We cannot accept candidates on a Specific Purpose Work Permit, although transitional permits may be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €1,300 gross/month (14 salaries annually)
• Monthly meal vouchers: €100
• Indefinite contract
• Transportation card

Training

• 3 weeks total: 2 weeks training + 1 week nesting
• All training is fully paid

Recruitment Process

• Initial interview
• Oral language tests + typing test
• Final interview with hiring managers
