French Speaking Customer Service – Work from Home anywhere in Portugal

Do you speak fluent French and want to work from home anywhere in Portugal?

Salary and Benefits:

• €1000 per month x14
• Up to €120 performance bonus per month
• Daily meal allowance of €7.23 – €167 per month
• Mon-Sun 8am-7pm, 5 days per week, Rotational 2 days off
• 6-month contract with possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers through phone, email, and live chat to provide friendly, support.
• Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve queries with empathy, and efficiency.
• Work closely with your colleagues to share knowledge, strategies, and insights to continuously improve service.

Requirements

• Speak C2 native level French and B2 level English
• Have the right to live and work in Portugal or the EU with an EU passport
• All equipment supplied.
