German-Speaking Customer Service – Relocate to Gdansk Poland

We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of Airbnb. The role is based on-site in Gdansk and focuses on assisting German-speaking users with bookings, inquiries, and service-related issues. The position offers structured training, stable employment, and clear earning potential.

Salary & Benefits

• Total package: up to 8,300 PLN per month – €1950
• Performance bonus: up to 5% per month
• Retention bonus: up to 1,500 PLN every 6 months – €350
• After 12 months: platform credit reward worth €150

Relocation Support

• Money to support the move worth 5500PLN – €1300
• 1st salary: 850 PLN transport + 2150 PLN accommodation
• 2nd & 3rd salary: 1250 PLN each

Schedule & Contract

• Shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 21:00
• Monday to Sunday rotation
• Approximately 2 working weekends per month
• Full-time contract

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone and email regarding bookings, questions, and complaints
• Provide accurate information and practical solutions in a professional manner
• Handle customer concerns efficiently while maintaining service quality
• Work collaboratively within a multilingual, international team

Requirements

• German language level C1 or higher
• English language level B2 or higher
• Eligibility to live and work in Poland
• Based in or able to relocate to Gda?sk
