German Customer Service Advisor – Travel Booking Platform
Location: Athens, Greece (Onsite)
Start Date: 12 January 2026
Salary: €1350 gross per month + 14 salaries per year
Contract: Permanent, full-time
We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service Advisors for an established global travel booking platform based in Athens. Support German-speaking customers via phone + email
Assist with flight bookings, ticket queries, cancellations and changes
Handle two customer channels simultaneously
Stay calm under pressure and resolve issues confidently
Recommend add-ons such as hotels, lounges, insurance or car hire when appropriate
Deliver empathetic, high-quality service every time
Fluent German (C1 – native level ideal)
English B1+ for internal communication only
Strong communication skills & customer empathy
Able to multitask, stay organised and work calmly under pressure
Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new systems
Experience in travel booking, airline systems (Amadeus/Sabre/IATA) or customer service is a strong advantage
5 days per week
Monday–Friday between 09:00–21:00 (8-hour rotating shifts)
Weekends: 11:00–19:30 on rotation
€100 monthly meal voucher
Private health & life insurance
Transportation card provided
Paid training: 4 weeks (including 2 weeks nesting)
Permanent contract with 14 monthly salary payments per year
All candidates who progress to offer stage must provide a clean Greek criminal record for HR clearance — we will guide you through this if successful.
