Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (rotational shifts)
An exciting opportunity is now available for fluent Italian speakers to join a well-established international car rental service provider. You’ll be handling customer service and sales enquiries in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls and convert enquiries into bookings
Track, manage, and update customer reservations
Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales and service targets
Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently
Handle calls from other markets as needed
Communicate customer feedback to improve service delivery
Salary Structure:
Training Period: €1,020/month (€12,240/year)
Post-Training: €1,403/month (€16,836/year)
After Probation: €1,450/month (€17,400/year)
With Performance Increases: Up to €1,530/month (€18,360/year)
Bonuses & Allowances:
Performance Bonus: Up to €2,500/year
Commission: Up to €3,000/year
Language Allowance: €85/month (€1,020/year)
Total Potential Earnings (Yearly):
Base Salary (after probation): €17,400
With Max Performance Bonus & Commission: Up to €22,920
Including Language Allowance: Up to €23,940/year
Requirements:
Fluent Italian speaker
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work flexible shifts including weekends
Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
Must live within commuting distance to Mosta
