Italian Speaking Customer Service Job – Relocate to Porto – Portugal

Salary and Benefits:

• A basic salary of €1000 per month
• A guaranteed signing bonus of €2000 paid across 12 months adding €166 per month
• Performance bonuses
• Daily food vouchers of €7.23
• 40 hour a week contract for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days on, 2 days off
• 3 weeks fully paid training

Relocation options

• Accommodation from day 1, no deposits required, rent comes directly from salary costing just €280
• Thats flight you paid for is paid back to you after 6 months
• All Portuguese fiscal numbers organised
• Start dates are ongoing, move whenever you can following an interview 

Responsibilities:

• Assist users with general inquiries and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social channels
• Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels
• Respond to customer escalations and document relevant case information

Requirements

• Speak C2 level Italian and B2 level English
• Have the right to live and work in Portugal or the EU
