The Arabic-Speaking Digital Sales Executive is responsible for managing high-volume inbound and outbound B2B sales activity within the digital advertising sector.
The role focuses on driving revenue growth, progressing prospects through the full sales funnel, and maintaining structured CRM and pipeline management.
Manage inbound and outbound sales activity across multiple channels.
Execute structured sales cadences and adhere to response-time SLAs.
Identify and engage decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Progress opportunities through the sales funnel and increase customer investment.
Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce CRM.
Report on daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics.
Fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in B2B sales (tech or digital advertising preferred).
Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
Base Salary: €1,840.65 gross per month
Quarterly Performance Bonus: €1,537.20
Annual Base Salary: €22,087.80
Annual Bonus (OTE): €6,148.80
Total Annual OTE: €28,236.60
