Role Overview
The German-Speaking Digital Sales Executive is responsible for managing high-volume inbound
and outbound B2B sales activity within the digital advertising sector. The role focuses on
progressing prospects through the full sales funnel, driving revenue growth, and maintaining
accurate pipeline and CRM management in a KPI-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales engagement via phone, email, video, and
social outreach.
• Execute structured sales cadences and maintain SLA compliance.
• Identify and engage decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and desk research.
• Progress opportunities through all stages of the sales funnel.
• Unlock additional customer budget and grow financial investment over time.
• Transition qualified opportunities to the onboarding team.
• Document all prospect and customer interactions within Salesforce CRM.
• Track and report on daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics.
Candidate Requirements
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in sales, ideally within technology or digital advertising.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Experience identifying high-value sales opportunities.
• Knowledge of digital advertising platforms is an advantage.
• Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM tools.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
Compensation
• Base Salary: €2,198.56 gross per month.
• Quarterly Performance Bonus: €1,537.20.
• Annual Base Salary: €26,382.72.
• Annual Bonus (OTE): €6,148.80.
• Total Annual OTE: €32,531.52.
